Services Within the scope of cooperation, BIK performs the following services for the Clients: - Consulting in organizing an IR unit and developing its scope of work and its implementation
- Design of information flow within the Company and its Capital Group to fulfil the needs of the public market and information obligations (including the flow of confidential information)
- Establishment of relevant statements, documentation, procedures and regulations that the Company is required to prepare in order to meet its requirements resulting from the capital market acts, and their directives, including those imposed by obligations regulating current and periodic reports and other duties of public companies
- Establishment of a schedule and scope of the „first” current and periodic reports resulting from obtaining the status of a public company and submission of an application (to Polish Financial Supervision Authority) for admitting shares trade
- Drawing up of a draft Company Declaration concerning the observance of Corporate Governance
- Provision of training in information obligations, tasks ensuring effective investor relations, as well as accession to and implementation ofthe ESPI system
- Management of projects resulting from the Company’s status of a public company, e.g. redemption of shares, dividend payments, and arrangements of General Shareholders Meetings
- Consulting in all other aspects related to the Company’s status of being public or listed
